Leipzig/Gräfenhainichen, 21.04.2021. Due to the Corona pandemic, this year's triathlon neuseenMAN in FERROPOLIS has to be postponed again until next year. At the time of the cancellation, more than 600 athletes from all over Germany had already registered over various distances.

 

Contrary to the difficult Corona development in our country, there was nevertheless justified hope for a realization until the end. For the event, an exemption was requested from the state of Saxony-Anhalt for implementation as a model project during the pandemic. The long unclear situation around change of the infection protection law of the federation, leaves however in the meantime also no more room for maneuver here.

 

The much-discussed "emergency brake" thus becomes a full brake for the neuseenMAN. For 2022, the neuseenMAN is now planned for May 28 & 29.
