Here you will find an overview of the courses of the neuseenMAN 2025. You will swim in Lake Gremmin, one of the most natural lakes in the new Central German "Neuseenland". The water quality is excellent and offers you a great swimming experience in the first discipline. Whichever distance you choose, the bike course is predominantly very flat and very well paved. The running course runs along the lakeside path and is also very flat. We have put together a clear overview of the individual routes and also offer you a PDF download.
