The prerequisite for participation is direct employment with a real estate company or indirect business activity as a service provider in the real estate industry. You and your bike must also meet the criteria for participation in an Everyman race. For example, triathlon bikes or special attachments to the bike are not permitted. You can choose between the 60km and the 100km distance. Over both distances there is an individual as well as a team ranking. You can find an overview of the distances HERE.

There is an individual classification for women and men. In the teams there is also a team classification for men and women. A team is rated with at least 3 participants.
